Shipping Warehouse Associate – Job Summary

This is a full-time Shipping Warehouse Associate position focused on shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Strong attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight companies, and forwarders

Schedule shipments and oversee truck loading/unloading

Verify shipping documents and maintain shipping records

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for shipment

Generate shipping labels and shipping reports

Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality

Assist with quarterly physical inventories

Wrap and band pallets when required

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and shelf pickers

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Required Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail is a must

· Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, transportation, or distribution environment

· Forklift certification/license

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to perform accurate calculations

· Experience with inventory systems and warehouse equipment preferred

· Ability to maintain a productive and organized work environment

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs

Stand and/or sit for extended periods

Reach, bend, crouch, climb ladders, stairs, and ramps

Perform repetitive warehouse tasks

Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures
