Sansom Staffing is proud to partner with a leading manufacturing company in the Lakeville and Shakopee area.

The Shipping and Receiving Associate will split time between Lakeville and Shakopee. You will be coordinating the inbound and outbound movement of goods, ensuring accurate inventory transactions, documentation, and high-quality service. This hands-on role involves receiving, packaging, and shipping products in alignment with company standards for customer service, safety, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, including domestic and international logistics (preferably in a manufacturing/distribution setting).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in logistics software, Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Able to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• 2–4 years of forklift operation experience; current or previous MHE certification required.
