Our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts – Poison Creek is looking for hard-working and energetic individuals to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Team Associate. Our stockrooms are vital to our operation which makes our Shipping and Receiving Team Associates the most important piece of the whole process. Our stores function like a family and our stockrooms are no different; we want you to succeed and grow. We do not require previous experience in warehouse setting. We are looking for detail-oriented and dependable individuals to help grow the “Know How” in our community.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING -

Receiving, stocking, pulling, and preparing freight to meet store and customer needs

Properly loading, labeling, and shipping packages

Maximizing space and looking for efficient workflows

Inventory Reconciliation and Maintenance to ensure accurate inventory count

Working in a close family-owned operation.

Operating scan guns and computer and paper inventory systems

Working as a team to effectively pull and pack orders on time.

Stocking product on retail sales floor and updating planograms

Limited customer facing interaction

WHAT YOU’LL NEED –

Commitment to learn how to use a forklift and/or other warehouse machinery

Training with inventory systems

Reliability and timeliness

A desire to learn about all things automotive

Hard-work and motivation

Ability to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast-paced environment

Minimum 18 years of age
