Onda Corporation is the industry-leading innovator in designing and manufacturing ultrasound measurement technologies, serving predominantly the medical device industry. We are a scientific instrument manufacturer located in Sunnyvale, California, and have a 30-year history of creating solutions to our customers’ technical challenges. Our customer base is global with distributors in Europe and Asia.

We are searching for a full-time Material Handler / Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.

Maintain inventory accuracy by updating records and performing cycle counts.

Accurately pick and prepare materials kits for manufacturing.

Pack and prepare outgoing shipments of finished products.

Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.

Organize and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.

Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding inventory discrepancies or shipping issues.

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Cross-train to support other departments and take on additional responsibilities, including assisting in manufacturing when required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.

2+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling preferred.

Knowledge of basic technical drawings and related inspection equipment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP or inventory systems experience preferred).

Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Willingness to cross-train and flexibility to take on additional responsibilities in a small company environment.

Forklift certification.

Personal Requirements

Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.

Frequent bending, stooping, and standing.

Ability to operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely.
