Job Title Description:

In charge of all shipping and receiving of parts and accessories for SigmaStim. A critical part of the job is ensuring that all paperwork is processed when it comes to receiving parts, and that the parts are put away correctly in inventory. This job also extends into kit pulling for internal and external production.

Required Competencies & Skills

Shipping and receiving experience

Excellent organizational skills

Good communicator

Familiar with Macs, PCs and Microsoft Office Software

Preferred Work Experience & Qualification

Experience using inventory software

Experience in the Medial Industry

Experience being audited

Key Duties:

· Assist the Purchasing Manager with any inventory tasks

· Receive all parts and process paperwork

· Ensure parts are processed into inventory correctly

· Repackage and relabel parts as needed

· Keep all Supplier Files up to date

· Manage the calibration of all testing equipment, and make sure they are calibrated and records are being kept correctly

· Receive Service and Rental devices and complete paperwork and notify the Service Manager and Service Technician that they have arrived

· Package and ship outgoing devices

· Help with supplier-specific projects, such as tracking REACH and RoHS compliance of parts.

· Help to monitor inventory
