Our business grows every year, and we’re looking for a passionate Shipping and Sales Coordinator to be a part of this growth!

As the Shipping and Sales Coordinator , you will interact with warehouse operations, the sales team, customers and freight forwarder to contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an established work ethic, produce environment background, and a desire to flourish and grow with the company. You will work from our office in Los Angeles, CA.

As a Shipping and Sales Coordinator, you will be expected to:

• Entry and ship orders in Produce Pro
• Create backorders
• Create Bill of Ladings
• Communicate customer final order information
• Follow item specific shipping guidelines (certificates, phytos & other agriculture rules)
• Book air freight and create tender sheets
• Track Air shipments
• Match, print, check & file previous orders
• Accept, ship & invoice within Itrade
• Assist with processing and reconciliation of AR/AP
• Answer phone calls
• Collect and review vendor food safety information

• Produce accounting/office experience preferred

• Itrade web based proprietary software skills a plus

• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
