SUMMARY

The Campus Recruiter will execute our university relations program to bring in the next generation of great talent at Shipt.  You enjoy the social elements of a career fair and can represent the Shipt brand at college fairs across the nation.  You can understand the business needs and culture to assess fit/add for our various teams.  You are a professional juggler, able to balance multiple players, pieces of data and produce stats on measures of success.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

You will get experience working with a cross-disciplinary team shipping real-world products to our customers around the nation. You will ensure the Talent team operates with industry best practices and keep us abreast of the latest trends.  You will build a first in class candidate experience all while ensuring we are providing a fair and compliant process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute our university recruiting strategy as we expand our interns and new grad hiring pipeline
• Manage interactions with various universities and colleges in the SouthEast and across the nation
• Source and evaluate potential employees from undergraduate institutions
• Engage with on-campus recruiters, ambassadors and diversity groups to build Shipt's brand name recognition
• Collaborate with the recruiters and hiring managers to understand and anticipate personnel needs
• Attend college career fairs and campus events
• Work with marketing to develop branded materials designed to attract college applicants and manage inventory of swag.
• Design and host “in-house” career days for current students and recent graduates
• Organize Shipt speakers for information sessions that support relevant degree programs
• Roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever needed (coordination, events, other recruiting needs, etc.)
• Foster an amazing candidate experience from apply to hire

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related study
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably focused in universities
• Proven ability to nurture meaningful partnerships across the community and internally
• Able to work night and weekend events as needed and to travel overnight as required
