    Shipt is a membership-based marketplace that helps people get the things they need. Our friendly shoppers handpick fresh groceries and household essentials and deliver them to members in as soon as one hour.

    We're looking for an experienced leader to oversee our Shopper Recruiting Team, projects, and processes. Our shoppers are the lifeblood of our company, and you will ensure we're building an awesome community while making data-driven decisions to develop efficient hiring processes.

    In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with our Shopper Acquisition, Market Operations, Logistics, Shopper Engagement, Business Operations, and Product teams, to make sure we're building the right tools and processes to hire the best shoppers. You should be comfortable taking action in a rapidly-evolving hyper-growth environment and be able to make data-driven decisions quickly. You should have excellent project management & communication skills, and be able to take ownership of the entire shopper hiring process end-to-end. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Shopper Recruiting Team is hiring high-quality shoppers that will bring the magic to our members, challenging our current processes constantly while looking for new efficiencies and meeting hiring goals across all markets.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead team of Sr. Shopper Recruiters to meet weekly and monthly shopper hiring forecasts
    • Own multiple projects simultaneously in which you'll identify, test and implement new processes in order to increase conversion rate from applicant to hired, while decreasing time to hire and reducing shopper acquisition costs
    • Collaborate with key operations team members (Operations Analysts, Market Operations, Shopper Engagement, Logistics) to understand individual market dynamics and review weekly hiring targets
    • Collaborate with shopper acquisition marketing manager and shopper engagement manager to evolve ads and hiring messaging

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2+ years of experience managing a 10+ person team
    • Bachelor's degree in quantitative topics (Stats, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business)
    • Highly experienced project manager
    • Track record for making impact through data-driven decisions
    • Bias for action in a hyper-growth environment
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
    • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
