Responsibilities: • Utilize the appropriate credits and deductions the client is eligible for • Inform customers about the process for submitting their income tax returns and be clear about the deadlines to ensure clients' taxes are filed on time • Submit tax returns on behalf of the client and communicate with tax authorities • Check each tax form for accuracy and tax compliance • Use the utmost care when handling documents that contain private client information • Serve as a liaison between tax authorities and the client, submitting the final tax forms on their behalf • Handle tax filing in an organized, secure manner to ensure each client's privacy is protected Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Has used standard tax computing software to file returns • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel • Must have a college degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field • Has a valid PTIN from the Internal Revenue Service • Must have a college degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
