Sholom's HR team supports our 5 Star staff so they can focus on making a difference for seniors and members of our communities in St. Louis Park and St. Paul. The Payroll Tech/HR Admin interacts and serves as the key contact position with employees, managers and human resources staff. Our ideal candidate will display high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries and needs of individuals both internal and external to the organization in accordance with our PROUD (Positive, Respectful, Outstanding, Understanding, Dependable) standards. We will train the right candidate! Payroll Technician: Process payroll using ADP and E-Time systems. Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees hourly rates or salaries, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, termination and other information. Reconciles payroll registers and reports to ensure accuracy. Work directly with employees to resolve issues and answer questions. Ensure all regulated tax filings, third party data exchanges, loan payments, deductions and other actions are processed timely and accurately. HR Admin: Support all human resource functions with HRIS system entry, filing, leave processing, compensation and benefits questions and other areas as directed. Education, Experience and Credentials Associates degree in related field preferred. Prior experience in Payroll or Human Resources preferred. ADP and E-Time preferred.
