Qualifications: • Open to Newcomers: Candidates with a passion for real estate but limited experience are encouraged to apply, while those with previous experience in the industry are preferred. • Educational Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • Customer Service Experience: Ideally, candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related administrative support roles, demonstrating the ability to handle client interactions effectively. • Strong Communication and Organization: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Additionally, candidates should possess strong organizational skills to manage various tasks efficiently. • Proficiency in Software: Proficiency in navigating computer software is crucial, including Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, and familiarity with MLS systems. The ability to adapt to new software and technology is highly valued. Compensation: $30,000 annually
