Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working Shop Assistant / Motorcycle Detailer to join our team. As a Assistant / Detailer, you will provide thorough motorcycle cleaning services, including washing and buffing exteriors and providing assistant in the shop. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business. The Assistant / Detailer must be capable of work that meets our company’s high standards and the standards of our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections pre and post-detailing

Maintain accurate records

Clean using approved products and procedures

Relocate to various locations within the dealership

Fulfill customer requests and respond to inquiries regarding detailing

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Detailer is preferred

High level of attention to detail

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including extended periods of walking, bending, and moving motorcycles

Strict adherence to company policies and service standards
