Signworks of Michigan, Inc. has been in the sign business for over 20 years! We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom interior and exterior signage. We desire motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Shop Assistant to join our growing team. The individual will be a shop assistant with the following responsibilities:

· Maintain the organization and cleanup of the shop and grounds.

· Daily property walk including pick up trash, put rocks back in the rock beds, run the magnet and keep the parking lot tidy.

· Put away tools and small equipment.

· Assist technicians in loading and unloading for job sites.

· Check in product for quality control (Receiving).

· Packaging product for shipping (Shipping).

· Disposal of crates and various other packing waste and trash removal from shop and production areas.

· Assist with production as needed.

· Must have valid driver’s license.

· Clean company vehicles.

· Professionally represent our company at all times with any outside firms or independent contractors.

· Additional duties as assigned by management.

· Welding experience is a plus
