We’re looking for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and integrity to join our small, tight-knit team. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, or millwork fabrication. • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. • Ability to read shop drawings and work independently or as part of a small team. • Pride in quality, punctuality, and a job well done. • Physically capable of lifting/moving cabinets and doors (with help). If you’re an experienced carpenter who loves doing things right — and wants to be part of a company that does too — we’d love to talk. Responsibilities: • Assemble cabinets and interior doors • Operate a planer, jointer, table saw, panel saw, and glue press • Operate a CNC router • Review cabinet and door drawings on a computer (using Sketchup) • Create cut lists using Excel Qualifications: • Accurate measuring and math skills required • Valid driver’s license required • Great physical condition and dexterity • Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly
