Who we are: We are Shop Fix Academy. We are a business consulting company for Auto Repair Shops. Our mission is to set Auto Repair Shop owners up for success; to give freedom and confidence to become the businessman/woman they were always meant to be. Roles & Duties of a Member Coordinator:

Acts as a liaison between Shop Fix members and coaches. You will be responsible for up to 200 members.

Be readily available for members in regards to requests for schedule changes, website links, assistance with his/her account, and other needs as necessary.

Fulfill duties asked of members i.e., upload inquired documents, alter appointments, confirm events’ registration, book for specified courses, etc.

Manage the onboarding process for new members including but not limited to setting them up with their account, scheduling calls with his/her assigned coach, navigating him/her through the ShopFix site, answering questions, etc.

Assist your assigned coaches with needs that include coordinating appointments and calls, rescheduling, communication with the coach’s members, etc.

Listens to coaches calls with members to ensure standards are being met in regards to company policies.

Attend Shop Fix Conferences every quarter to engage in building relationships with coaches and members, as well as assist with preparation before, during, and after each conference (including clean up).

Primary Duties:

Primary one: Phones and Customer Service

Primary two: Google Suite and Coaching Software Scheduling and Management, as well as Zoom and Wordpress (backend website management platform)

Primary three: Accountability “Coach” for each member

Secondary Duties:

Secondary one: Tribe/Mastermind Group Management (Social events at Conferences, communications, etc.)

Secondary two: Monitor Social Media Groups (Facebook)

Secondary three: Coach Assistance as Needed
