Responsibilities:

Assist in the teardown process of various automotive components and systems.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Utilize hand tools and power tools to disassemble parts accurately.

Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during teardown.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Support inventory management by tracking parts and materials during teardown.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and productivity.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Previous experience in automotive or mechanical assembly is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.

Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects as required.
