Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Shop Hand / Apprentice to join our fabrication team on second shift. This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to learn the trade of sign fabrication, welding, and assembly. The ideal candidate is hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with fabrication and assembly of signage components

Operate basic shop tools and equipment (training provided)

Prepare materials (cutting, sanding, drilling, etc.)

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support senior fabricators and welders as needed

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous shop, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

Ability to read and follow instructions

Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, standing, moving materials)

Reliable transportation to and from work

Must be punctual and dependable
