We are looking for a motivated Shop Helper to join our architectural custom metal fabrication team. This position supports our fabricators with day-to-day shop tasks and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with their hands, learn new equipment, and grow in the trade.

Job Duties Include:

Assisting fabricators with daily shop tasks

Sanding and finishing metal components

Saw cutting and material prep

Operating a forklift

Loading and unloading trucks

Packaging materials and finished products for shipment

Keeping the shop clean and organized

Learning to operate a waterjet and extrusion processing machine

What We’re Looking For:

Good work ethic and dependable attendance

Willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Manufacturing or fabrication shop experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
