About Us: We are a fast-paced, fabrication-heavy sign shop producing custom signage, displays, and installations. Our work involves a mix of woodworking, metal, plastics, vinyl, and hands-on problem solving. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual who enjoys building, fixing, and working with their hands.

Position Overview: This is a hands-on shop position assisting with the fabrication and assembly of signs and related projects. No two days are the same — you’ll be cutting, assembling, prepping materials, and helping keep the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Assist with fabrication of signs (cutting, assembling, sanding, painting, etc.)

Operate basic shop tools and equipment (drills, saws, sanders, etc.)

Help with material prep and organization

Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries when needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Support installers and fabricators as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with hand tools and basic power tools required

General handyman, construction, or shop experience preferred

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Comfortable working on your feet and lifting 50+ lbs

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and take direction

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Welding or metal fabrication

Woodworking or carpentry

Vinyl application or sign experience

Painting/finishing experience
