    Shop Helper Summary:

    The shop helper is responsible for organizing supplies and preparing and packaging weekly supply orders to ensure smooth operations in our shop and for our technicians in the field.

    Other Shop Helper Responsibilities:

    ● Assists with the upfitting of company vehicles (basic assembly)

    ● Pick up and drop off vehicles/wheels locally

    ● Maintaining cleanliness of shop area, keeping floor clean and dry, as necessary

    ● Responsible for garbage removal

    ● Maintaining inventory records and refills all paint and supplies in inventory space

    ● Reports to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the shop, its employees or customers.

    ● Complies with WheelsOnsite's policies and procedures

    ● Other duties as assigned

    Shop Helper Requirements:

    ● Valid driver's license and acceptable, safe driving record

    ● Reliable transportation to and from workplace (Monday - Friday)

    ● High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

    ● Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers and other employees

    ● Demonstrate commitment to customer service

    ● Ability to work independently without daily supervision

    ● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

    ● Ability to bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time

    ● Ability to lift and carry large, heavy objects (minimum of 75 lbs)
