Job Overview

We are a busy, established automotive dealership with repair shop seeking a top-tier Shop Manager / A-Tech Mechanic to run daily operations and handle advanced diagnostics and repairs. This is not an entry-level or learning role. We are looking for someone who can step in and lead the shop with confidence from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Run day-to-day shop operations

Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs

Lead and manage technicians and workflow

Ensure quality control and efficient turnaround

Oversee parts ordering and inventory

Maintain shop standards, safety, and cleanliness

Qualifications

A-Level / Master Technician experience REQUIRED (ASE certification required)

10+ years professional automotive repair experience

Proven ability to manage or run a shop

Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, HVAC, drivability, engine, transmission)

Leadership, reliability, and professionalism

Valid driver’s license

Own tools
