We are a growing cabinet manufacturing company looking for a strong, hands-on Shop Manager to lead our production team and keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements (must have):

• Proven management experience in a shop or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lead a team, enforce standards, and keep production on schedule
• Positive attitude — no negativity, no excuses
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations and workflow
• Manage and coordinate employees on the floor
• Ensure quality control and deadlines are consistently met
• Maintain an organized, efficient, and productive shop
• Communicate clearly with office and ownership
