Tony’s Truck Electric is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead operations in a busy Electrical Diesel truck repair and electrical shop.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a diesel truck shop environment and be capable of managing technicians, controlling workflow, and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced repair facility.

This is a leadership role responsible for shop efficiency, technician performance, and job turnaround.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily shop operations and technician workflow • Dispatch technicians and prioritize repair jobs • Ensure every truck has a proper work order before work begins • Monitor technician productivity and job turnaround time • Ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently • Maintain quality control before trucks leave the shop • Coordinate with office staff regarding parts and scheduling • Maintain shop organization, safety, and efficiency • Support technicians with troubleshooting when needed • Maintain strong communication with customers and staff

Requirements

✔ Minimum 5–8 years experience in a diesel truck repair shop ✔ Previous experience as Shop Manager, Foreman ✔ Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck systems and electrical diagnostics ✔ Ability to manage technicians and maintain productivity ✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday 7AM - 3PM

Applicants without diesel truck shop experience will not be considered.
