    Shop-Ware needs a dynamic Office Manager to manage office workflow, support staff logistics and needs, and execute company operations. If you have a passion for people, order, process, and being the center of the action, this is the role for you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day to day office logistics and operations, ensuring general office upkeep and organization

    • Monitor, order and stock office supplies and equipment

    • Executive administrative functions including benefits administration, HR tasks, research, and ad hoc projects

    • Schedule appointments & book travel arrangements for management team and CEO

    • Manage phone calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner for leadership as assigned

    • Support meeting and conferencing needs for the team

    • Act as the welcoming face of the office, welcoming visitors and internal employees

    • Be the general go-to person for impromptu tasks as they arise, ranging from coordinating a team lunch to assisting in basic accounting tasks to editing a document or presentation for the CEO

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Proven work experience operating in an office and in a fast-paced environment

    • Ideal candidate with have 1+ years project coordination experience, administrative assistant, and/or executive assistant work in their background

    • Self-starter, motivated, and ambitious

    • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

    • A proactive attitude towards projects with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

    • General positive/ get it done/ upbeat personality

The Office Manager will also be helpful in coordinating travel/tasks that overlap with her obligations to that business.
