    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    *** MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

     

    • Demonstrate excellent customer service and able to sell our company’s services.
    • Contact all leads via phone, text and email. (No cold calling)
    • Generate new mortgage applications through established broker channels and referral sources in order to generate company revenue with closed mortgage loans.
    • Contact potential borrowers to retrieve applications and documentation for home purchases and refinances.
    • Have the ability to take full applications by developing rapport, uncovering needs and objectives of the client
    • Assist the team by communicating with the client if needed on any requests until closing.
    • Communicate our company mission to all borrowers.
    • Take clients through our technology and guide them through the process.
    • Input application and all documents and correspondence through our LOS and CRM.
    • Structure all loans and quote rate to borrowers.
    • Review new mortgage applications and determine needs; financial situations, credit history, creditworthiness, and mortgage risk profiles.
    • Keep up with overall knowledge of programs, rates and changes in the market.
    • Detail all communication with potential borrowers and clients in CRM.
    • Follow proper protocol and processes in place to align with company policies and procedures.
    • borrowers on financial status and payment methods
    • Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
    • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2+ Years of experience
    • Previous experience in finance, banking, or other related fields
    • Familiarity with financial and lending practices
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Motivated and driven.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
    • Upbeat, enthusiastic, fun, down to earth and professional.
    • Customer-centric.
    • Fast learner.
