    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Sales Team Lead, West is responsible for developing high performing account executive teams that deliver on strategic initiatives. This role involves supporting the Director of Sales, West  and developing a high powered sales team that is focused on achieving goals.

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

    • Support the Director of Sales, West in the management of 10-12 Account Executives
    • Develop weekly individual coaching strategy for each Account Executive to drive them to their quotas
    • Deliver actionable items to the Director of Sales, West to help guide team performance each week 
    • Standardize processes and sales tactics across locations and teams
    • Identify areas for improvement and work with sales ops team to create a more efficient and effective direct sales process and experience
    • Assist in acquiring new business by performing demos while teammates are out of office 
    • Step in on weekends to assist in the management of the sales team staffed at that time 
    • Work with marketing on creating a language and brand that emanates across all our interactions
    • Create a consistent feedback loop between marketing, product, and support

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+  years of experience in sales leadership in a growth stage company
    • Strong drive to succeed and ability to navigate ambiguity
    • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment
