THE ROLE
ShopPad is looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our growing team! Your technical mindset combined with customer-first mentality will help you be a genuine advocate for our merchants. You will be the voice of ShopPad, assisting merchants with our products, installing and styling apps, solving technical issues and fielding inquiries via email and real-time chat.
Our perfect team member is a creative problem solver and relentless in their desire to help our merchants be successful. You should be professional, kind, detail oriented, positive, and a talented communicator.
