Incentive Compensation Analyst (Remote - Americas, EMEA)
Job Description
As an Incentive Compensation Analyst, you will be part of our Total Rewards team, contributing to the development of plan design and tools. Most importantly, you will be a critical part of ensuring successful delivery of compensation programs in support of our overall rewards strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the design, review, and implementation of sales incentive compensation programs that are innovative and cutting edge
Be a valued and trusted partner to Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, and Talent teams in developing our rewards frameworks
Dive into market data to ensure our salary planning, review cycles, compensation ranges, and equity strategy are aligned to our goals and company strategies
Be a day-to-day contact with our Sales teams for questions relating to program administration and payment calculations
Support global cyclical processes as part of our sales incentive and accrual processes
Perform audits of all data sources to confirm accuracy and functionality of system/process
Understand data models, related objects, and sales order processes within Salesforce to be able to analyze gaps and implement processes based on existing functionality
Qualifications
Familiarity with global incentive compensation complexity
A willingness to think outside the box
Be well versed in data analysis and data trends
Be nimble enough to pivot when necessary
Be a master at crunching numbers to identify trends and make data informed decisions
Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills - you can model and forecast like a pro
Experience simplifying the complex
Experience with ICM tools
Experience in Salesforce CRM tool is an asset
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with sales compensation plans for SaaS companies
Familiarity with Google suite tools
Familiarity with Varicent ICM tool
Experience with accrual and quota forecasting
Familiarity with Workday
