We are a privately held local company based in Ogden. We are proud of our awesome culture of dedicated and passionate associates who love their jobs and helping our clients achieve their goals. Our companies include Shopper Approved and Local Reviews, both of which are customer review collection platforms, as well as Trust Guard, a website security product, and Cart Rocket, a shopping cart abandonment tool.   

    We are looking for a full-time, experienced, agile, fast learning, enthusiastic and hands-on Marketing Specialist to take on several responsibilities to help us grow. If selected, you will be responsible for deliverables as an individual contributor, as well as working with the leadership team on marketing and product strategy, market research, and sales and partner support. 

    You will be working in our brand-new building in downtown Ogden that includes a top of the line Trackman golf simulator, pool table, ping-pong, arcade games, snacks, beverages, and full kitchen. 

    REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism or the equivalent
    2. 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience 
    3. Creative problem solver
    4. Whine and drama free  
    5. Digitally adept 
    6. Self-starter and dedicated to delivering a world-class product 
    7. Legally able to work in the US
    8. Reliable, honest, great communicator

     

    Work directly with the CMO (Duane “DJ” Sprague) to help drive and improve all marketing efforts, which includes, but is not limited to:

    1. Write marketing copy

      1. Web pages
      2. Flyers
      3. Ads
      4. Press releases 
      5. Help coordinate and manage the copy being created by 3rd parties

       

    2. Support our social media channels

      1. Create and post content
      2. Track and report on the channel and posting performance
      3. Increase our followers by inviting 
      4. Reply to comments
      5. Boost content 
      6. Create lead-gen ad campaigns

       

    3. Project management

      1. Help find and screen vendors
      2. Set and manage SOW, timelines, deliverables

       

    4. Create PowerPoints and spreadsheets for presentations 

    5. Support the sales team with sales tools 

      1. Create and distribute marketing tools
    6. Track and report on Google analytics and campaign performance 

    7. Event planning and support

    8. Community outreach and PR 

    9. Help manage PPC

    10. Help design the online UX

    11. Execute market research 

    12. Media pitching

      1. Pitch articles

       

    13. Support our partners and partnership marketing  

      1. Create, update and share marketing resources 
      2. Create partnership landing pages
