Through our commitment to excellence, we've found ourselves in a phase of rapid expansion, expanding our facility and adding providers to cater to a growing number of patients seeking innovative solutions for mental health.

    Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and passionate Marketing Manager to drive our online presence and patient acquisition efforts. This role will be instrumental in leveraging digital marketing strategies to position Shore Clinical as a center of excellence in behavioral healthcare. The ideal candidate will not only bring their digital marketing expertise but also a deep enthusiasm for mental health and a desire to contribute to a hard-working and close-knit team.

    Full-time. In-person preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive patients.

    • Oversee website design and develop SEO-friendly content to ensure a user-friendly experience and high search engine visibility.

    • Create and manage content development strategies, which may include social media, blog posts, podcast development and/or informative resources for patients.

    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, social media, and display networks and track return on marketing spend through analytics & reporting.

    • Utilize tools and skills such as Canva, Photoshop, video production software, photography, or others to create compelling visual assets.

    • Create physical marketing collateral such as newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.

    • Develop and maintain a CRM for organized B2B and B2C outreach & communication; execute said outreach via email campaigns, physical delivery of marketing materials, and direct interaction with patient/referral sources.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success (preferred).

    • Proficiency in website design, SEO best practices, and content development.

    • Strong expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.

    • Skilled in social media content creation and management.

    • Experience with tools like Canva, video production software, and/or basic photography.

    • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and written content.

    • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Basic knowledge of podcast or video content production (if applicable).

    • Energetic, passionate about mental health, and a team player.
