INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

• 20-25 HOURS PER WEEK
• Self-directed on-line research for keynote speaking opportunities
• Under Business Manager's direction, the assistant will be researching associations, conferences, and direct companies who hire speakers on a regular basis.
• Make initial sales calls and send emails to discover correct contact person and procedures for each keynote
• Keep the contacts in CRM for all keynote contacts & builder-clients up-to-date in the CRM system.
• Research Assistant will also research US and Canadian new home builders and large re-sale brokerages & create a spreadsheet for contacts for outreach.
• Maintain and update all the information into a dynamic spreadsheet for sales tracking purposes (Keynote Tracker)
• Research companies for Summit Partnerships for Annual Shore Sales Leadership Summit
• $20-$25 per hour with bonus structure for booked sales

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

• Well-developed sales skills, experience working remotely  

• Proficient using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, Power Point.

*Proficient in Google Office (Gmail, Google Calendar. Google Docs, etc.)

*Experience in cloud-based tools like Dropbox, Box)

• Highly adept at navigating and using the Internet and Online Resources for Research Purposes.

• Takes effective direction from direct superior on reporting and tracking research and sales progress

• Self-starter, experience working remotely and meet deadlines on your own

• Good organizational skills 

• Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing fast-paced environment.

• Highly motivated, shows eagerness and work ethic.

• Impeccable telephone manner

• Self-motivated, independent, flexible and able to multitask.

Position will have the possibility of growing into a full time sales position.
