About Us: The Shoreham West Cooperative ("SW") is a 63-unit prestige community located in NW Washington, DC. We are looking for a part time individual to float between front desk concierge, door man and garage attendant. This is a part time floating position that will cover shifts for individuals scheduled for vacation , or coverage when shifts are short staffed for various reasons. The shifts would include: 7am to 3pm 3pm to 11pm 11pm to 7am Hours vary. About You: Reliable. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal A sharp professional appearance Proficiency with various software, apps and computer programs An eye for detail and ability for anticipating a customer's needs A customer-focused mentality Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Start Date ASAP
