Job Description

Processing and assisting in the origination and funding of purchase and refinance home loans.

Must have excellent organization and communication skills.

Maintain an average pipeline of 30-40 loans while closing a minimum of 15 loans a month.

Expertise in point loan origination software.

Utilize automated underwriting systems D/U and L/P.

Auditing borrower documentation for accuracy such as income, assets and credit reports.

Submit complete and accurate loan files to underwriting for loan approval.

Receive approvals from underwriting and gather conditions from borrower.

Order and review title, escrow, appraisal, credit reports, credit supplements, payoffs, and hazard insurance.

Communicate regular status updates to loan officers and borrowers.

Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers.
