About the Role We’re looking for a highly experienced and extremely detail-oriented CDL driver to become our Show Ambassador — a critical role that blends high-end hauling with national event support. You’ll travel across the country towing a 48+ foot trailer loaded with show-quality trucks and exotic vehicles, while also serving as a key event liaison and logistics coordinator.

This is not just a driving gig — you’ll be representing our brand at over 15 major shows per year, supporting our internal team with setup, planning, hotel coordination, and making sure the trailer is always dialed in and show-ready.

    Key Responsibilities Transportation & Hauling

Safely haul 48’+ trailer loaded with high-value hot rods, custom trucks, and exotics

Maintain clean driving record and adhere to DOT regulations

Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, keep trailer well-maintained and serviced

    Event Support

Attend ~15 national events annually (typically Thurs–Sun, some Wed–Sun)

Coordinate hotel bookings, booth setup details, and staff accommodations

Ensure trailer is stocked with booth materials, apparel, promo items, etc.

Be the on-site point of contact with show promoters and internal personnel

    Off-Season Prep

Help prep the trailer 4–6 weeks before show runs — including maintenance appointments, restocking, and interior organization

Available for limited weekday work leading up to show season

    Ideal Candidate

Active CDL license with extensive experience hauling 48'+ trailers

Prior experience hauling high-value vehicles (exotics, show cars, etc.)

Comfortable traveling nationally — shows span CA, TX, TN and more

    Strong organizational and communication skills

Passion for hot rods, classic cars, and the automotive world

Professional, punctual, and capable of representing a premium brand

Physically able to assist with booth setup, load-in/out, etc.

Available for heavier workloads in September and November (3 shows in each month)

    Additional Info

This is a 1099 independent contractor role

Travel, lodging, and per diem are covered

Our next event isn’t until September 1, but we need help starting immediately to prep the trailer and gear

Most shows occur on weekends, with occasional weekday travel/setup

Apply Now If you’re an experienced driver with a love for hot rods and a knack for event logistics, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume, a quick summary of your driving and show experience, and any photos of rigs you've hauled.

Flexible work from home options available.
