About the Role We’re looking for a highly experienced and extremely detail-oriented CDL driver to become our Show Ambassador — a critical role that blends high-end hauling with national event support. You’ll travel across the country towing a 48+ foot trailer loaded with show-quality trucks and exotic vehicles, while also serving as a key event liaison and logistics coordinator.
This is not just a driving gig — you’ll be representing our brand at over 15 major shows per year, supporting our internal team with setup, planning, hotel coordination, and making sure the trailer is always dialed in and show-ready.
Key Responsibilities Transportation & Hauling
Safely haul 48’+ trailer loaded with high-value hot rods, custom trucks, and exotics
Maintain clean driving record and adhere to DOT regulations
Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, keep trailer well-maintained and serviced
Event Support
Attend ~15 national events annually (typically Thurs–Sun, some Wed–Sun)
Coordinate hotel bookings, booth setup details, and staff accommodations
Ensure trailer is stocked with booth materials, apparel, promo items, etc.
Be the on-site point of contact with show promoters and internal personnel
Off-Season Prep
Help prep the trailer 4–6 weeks before show runs — including maintenance appointments, restocking, and interior organization
Available for limited weekday work leading up to show season
Ideal Candidate
Active CDL license with extensive experience hauling 48'+ trailers
Prior experience hauling high-value vehicles (exotics, show cars, etc.)
Comfortable traveling nationally — shows span CA, TX, TN and more
Strong organizational and communication skills
Passion for hot rods, classic cars, and the automotive world
Professional, punctual, and capable of representing a premium brand
Physically able to assist with booth setup, load-in/out, etc.
Available for heavier workloads in September and November (3 shows in each month)
Additional Info
This is a 1099 independent contractor role
Travel, lodging, and per diem are covered
Our next event isn’t until September 1, but we need help starting immediately to prep the trailer and gear
Most shows occur on weekends, with occasional weekday travel/setup
