    Own the Floor. Build the Team. Drive the Results. Five Star Bath Solutions — one of North America’s fastest-growing bathroom remodeling brands (100+ locations) — is expanding into Connecticut and hiring a Show & Events Manager to own our entire event marketing engine.

    Home shows, retail events, fairs, expos — this role is the engine that fuels our lead pipeline. You will find the events, build the team, run the calendar, and drive the results.

    This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves managing people, and knows how to turn foot traffic into booked appointments.

    What You’ll Do:

    Research and secure high-traffic home shows, fairs, expos, retail events, and community events

    Build and manage a year-round event calendar

    Own logistics: scheduling, staffing, setup, teardown, inventory, transportation

    Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of event promoters

    Lead from the front — engage homeowners and help book free in-home design consultations

    Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve ROI

    Ensure a polished, professional brand presence at every event

    What We’re Looking For:

    Event manager, retail manager, brand ambassador leader, or field marketing leader

    Someone who loves weekends/events and being “where the action is”

    A natural leader who enjoys coaching and building a team

    Highly organized and execution-focused

    Comfortable working flexible hours and traveling across Connecticut

    Home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus (not required)

    Physical requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
