About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent Five Star Bath Solutions of Columbus at the Columbus Home & Garden Show in February 2026. Your primary job will be to attract attendees to our booth, spark conversations, and help us book in-home design consultations for bathroom remodeling.

This is not a hard-sales position — you will simply engage people, share what we do, and pass them to our owner or sales rep who’ll be on-site.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with show attendees walking by the booth

Ask simple qualifying questions (we provide the script)

Share quick talking points about our bathroom remodeling services

Help demonstrate displays (showers, materials, colors, accessories)

Collect visitor information and schedule appointments

Maintain an inviting, energetic presence at the booth

Keep the booth neat, organized, and professional throughout each day

What We’re Looking For:

Highly outgoing and comfortable talking to strangers

Friendly, positive, and able to stand for long periods

Professional appearance and communication

Reliable and punctual

Experience in events, promotions, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus

No construction or remodeling experience required — we’ll train you!

Schedule:

Full event weekend and week + possibly setup day

Options for full-day or half-day shifts

Must be available for peak times (typically weekends)

Compensation:

Competitive $18 hourly pay

Bonus for each qualified consultation booked AND sold @ $250/sold appointment
