Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The role of technical manager is to manage assigned accounts and products. Candidate is required to provide technical and commercial support to product engineers, sales team and factories globally within the Showa Denko Materials organization. Candidate must exhibit skills in the technical B2B environment and ability to communicate with customers across multiple levels of an organization.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Home office and/or internal office environment including the typical office items such as a phone, computer, and desk. Additional time will be needed at customer sites usually in meeting rooms. Occasionally, it will be necessary to visit a factory environment for customer audits or similar visits.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Carrying computer bag or sample parts (<20lbs) may be necessary. Otherwise, there are no unusual physical requirements of the position.
POSITION TYPE: Regular Full Time role.
TRAVEL DEMANDS:
The position requires 30-50% travel. Travel will include both domestic and international travel. Domestic travel will include both ground (car) and air.
