You will learn how to show distressed and investment-focused properties to active investors, support acquisition conversations, and assist with property access, communication, and follow-up. Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Real estate license required in order to work with clients an earn commissions Compensation: $155,000 at plan
