Responsibilities: • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Real estate license required or ability to obtain one • Must have real estate license in order to earn commissions Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
