Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes • Keep the Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine the buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend to get a real estate license • Bilingual in Spanish/English • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000+ yearly
