We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to step in as a Showing Agent and learn to build real consistency in their business while growing toward becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent. If you want hands-on experience instead of just theory, this is a strong place to start. You will support client tours, open houses, and buyer communication while working closely with experienced Buyer’s Agents. You will see what actually drives production day to day, learn how to build strong buyer relationships, and follow systems that help create a repeatable real estate business. Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales communication experience Compensation: $150,000+
