Responsibilities: • Attend and host property showings for buyers. • Assist with open houses, tours, and client-facing appointments. • Support our team with boots-on-the-ground tasks (errands, key handoffs, lockboxes, etc.). • Learn scripts, systems, and strategies that drive $20M+ in yearly sales volume. • Attend Home inspections • Attend Home appraisals Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Compensation: $50,000 Performance based
