Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $37,500 - $41,000 yearly
