Responsibilities: • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
