    Showing Agent Opportunity We’re looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent to support a top-producing team while building your own foundation in real estate. This role offers rewarding commissions, direct exposure to active buyer transactions, and the chance to learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative setting. As a Showing Agent, you’ll assist with property tours, support buyer activity, and gain hands-on experience with real-world transactions. Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
