Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
