Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Real estate license required Compensation: $140,000 yearly at plan commissions
