Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Real estate license required Compensation: $150,000 at plan
