Responsibilities: • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Present yourself in a professional manner • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Great communication • Real Estate license required Compensation: $160,000 at plan
