Responsibilities: • Accompany and assist seasoned agents with property showings • Provide neighborhood and property insights to help clients make informed decisions • Communicate promptly with clients and lead agents to ensure seamless service • Support open houses, client events, and occasional team initiatives • Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM (Follow Up Boss) • Shadow and collaborate with lead agents to gain valuable sales and negotiation experience • Build and nurture your own pipeline of clients as you grow within Thrive Qualifications: • Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and scheduling tools • Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn from experienced mentors • Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on client needs Compensation: $50,000 yearly
